- Project Type: Selected from over 30 firms, MLA was chosen by the City of Winston-Salem’s Recreation and Parks Department to prepare a master plan for the existing Winston Lake Park. The existing park is approximately 300 acres in size. MLA has completed the Site Inventory process, Preliminary Concept Plan, final Master Plan and conducted three public input sessions. Th final master plan has been very well received by the public and City staff and was recently approved by the City of Winston Salem Council.
