Ariston Place

PROJECT TYPE:

Situated along Highway 801 in the Town of Bermuda Run, this 100-unit private multifamily complex was one of the first of its kind in Davie County. On just over 7 acres, Ariston Place was patterned after the Southern Charm of Charleston and Savannah as is evident in the low country architecture of the clubhouse and associated outdoor terraces surrounded by decorative brick walls and lush landscaping. MLA played an important role in property assemblage, existing road closures, highway improvements, rezoning, etc. While somewhat controversial at initial onset, this project has become a poster child for what good design and attention to detail can create. The project included a central gazebo for outdoor events, arbors, a pickleball court, small dog park, gated entries, and an underground and above ground storm water detention device.
